Expanded Automatic Cache Reloads in Admin Dashboard

We have expanded automated cache reload coverage for admin actions in the admin dashboard. As a result, the need to manually reload Redis or OPCache is now less likely, thanks to broader automation coverage across admin dashboard actions.
