Free-Shipping Limits by Shipping Method

AI Commerce Cloud now supports defining a free-shipping limit per shipping method. Previously, the limit was global within the order total module.

You can now assign different thresholds per method—for example, higher values for express or international deliveries.

The system text automatically reflects the lowest available free-shipping threshold among all eligible methods, ensuring clear communication to customers.

We recommend reviewing international shipping methods and updating thresholds to match your desired business logic.
