AI Commerce Cloud introduces a new shipping-type coupon feature. Admins can now assign a percentage discount per shipping method—e.g., 50% off express delivery or 100% for free shipping.
Coupons can be restricted to certain shipping methods, just like existing limitations by product or customer segment.
All discount values are validated to remain between 0% and 100%. This enables highly targeted promotions and delivery-specific campaigns.
