The admin panel backend now operates in two separate data centers

We migrated the AI Commerce Cloud admin panel backend to an active-active configuration across two physically separate data centers in the Stockholm region.

This update brings several key benefits:

Zero-downtime failover:

Traffic is automatically load-balanced. In case of a complete data center outage or network failure, traffic is redirected to the other site within seconds. RPO 0s, RTO < 60s.

Security and compliance:

Both data centers meet ISO 27001 and SOC 2 requirements. We also updated the container and code environments to the latest LTS versions.

100% managed rollout:

The migration was carried out during the quietest night hours with no downtime. No actions are required from merchants — all interfaces, API keys, and integrations continue to operate as before.

This infrastructure upgrade is part of our ongoing High Availability roadmap to ensure uninterrupted and secure operations, even during peak sales periods.
