Overview
Semi-automated ticket handling has been introduced to speed up customer service. When a ticket is submitted through the ticket feature page, AI agents can immediately begin investigating the inquiry using a broad range of sources, including the knowledge base, database schema and configuration, and the backend, admin, and frontend projects of the store.
This gives the ticket process a stronger technical foundation from the start. The process is not fully automated and still includes human review.
Submit Tickets Through the Dedicated System
To ensure the fastest and most secure handling, tickets should be submitted through the dedicated ticket system rather than by email. Submitting tickets through the feature page allows requests to be verified more reliably, validates the organization, and starts AI-assisted investigation securely from the beginning.
Because these security and validation steps cannot be automated in the same way for email-based inquiries, the same service level cannot be provided for requests submitted outside the dedicated ticket system.
