Added AI Automations for Knowledge Base Maintenance

Overview

New automations have been introduced for knowledge base maintenance. AI agents now monitor code changes and review whether articles are drifting from the current implementation, then update the articles when needed.

This is intended to improve the accuracy and reliability of the Helpjuice knowledge base over time.
