Organization-Level Billing Reference Control for Invoice Orders

Organization administrators in AI Commerce Cloud can now define billing reference requirements at the organization level for invoice-based orders.

When enabled, purchasers must provide a billing reference to complete the order. Organization admins also have the ability to edit the billing reference on behalf of the purchaser, ensuring compliance with internal procurement rules.

This enhancement strengthens governance and control in multi-user B2B organizations.
