Percentage-based discounts in addition to fixed prices

Customer contract prices now support percentage-based discounts in addition to fixed prices. This allows you to agree on dynamic discounts (for example, a customer always receives 25% off a specific item regardless of its price) by setting the contract type to percentage instead of fixed price.
