We’ve added a powerful new feature that allows FAQ categories to be linked directly to product categories. When enabled, all questions and answers from the linked FAQ categories are automatically displayed on the product pages of products within those categories. This helps merchants reuse common Q&A across similar products, improving consistency and reducing duplicate work.
Key details:
Single linking: Edit a product’s home category and select the FAQ categories whose questions you want to show on the product page.
Bulk linking: Use CSV import/export with a comma-separated list of FAQ category IDs to link multiple categories at once.
Presentation: Only the FAQ questions and answers are shown on product pages; the FAQ category names themselves remain hidden.
This update streamlines FAQ management, ensures consistent customer communication, and helps shoppers find answers quickly without merchants needing to duplicate content.
