CSV export and import now supported for select and multiselect attribute options

Select and multiselect options — such as color variations, brands, or sizes — can now be efficiently managed using CSV in AI Commerce Cloud.

How it works

Import and export are available in the admin panel under Products → Attributes → CSV Export Options and CSV Import Options.

CSV file structure

code;title[fi]

• code: Unique identifier for the option

• title[fi]: Option name in the desired language (e.g., Finnish in this case)

• attribute: The attribute the option belongs to

• sort_order: The display order of the options

You can directly use the exported CSV as a base for importing. The file can be easily edited, for example, in Excel.

Options do not affect other attribute settings; they define only the choices visible to the end user.

Validation

The system validates the CSV structure before import and will notify you if any columns are missing or if a code is already in use on another row.

For customers using the Akeneo integration, the code value can also be generated automatically via the PIM.
