Standardized Email Template Layout with 700px Content Width

Email templates were standardized to use a consistent layout structure across all messages. Header and footer rendering were aligned to the same format to ensure predictable spacing, typography, and content alignment, including support for custom header and footer sections. Max width of content is now 700 px.
