Overview
Ticket history is now available in the Submit Ticket view in the admin dashboard. In some unexpected cases, Zendesk does not send ticket updates by email. To improve reliability and visibility, tickets can now be opened directly from the dashboard to view their public comment history and current status.
What's Available
When hovering over a ticket, users can open a detailed conversation view showing the full public ticket history. This view does not yet support replying, but it allows review of the complete comment thread.
Users can also now see tickets created by other users in the same organization, including their full conversation history, directly in the dashboard.
