A new customer service tool is now available in the AI Commerce dashboard: the merchant can access the customer's account using the Account Login button, and choose whether to use the customer's original shopping cart or the merchant's own cart.
This enables actions like placing a phone order on behalf of the customer or sharing the cart to support negotiations. The feature is available in the Customers view and seamlessly integrates with ERP systems – the order is automatically transferred to the backend as usual.
It is crucial that the customer can continue shopping from their own device without their cart being lost or overwritten. This feature enhances the customer experience and speeds up order processing, particularly in B2B environments.
