Automatic VAT Display Update Based on Company Details

When a customer updates their company name, the system automatically updates their price display preference.

If company details are added, prices are shown without VAT. If company details are removed, prices revert to the standard consumer display with VAT.

Any store-level configuration overrides remain in effect.
