AWS infrastructure distributed — improved fault tolerance and high availability

We’ve made a major improvement to the AWS infrastructure powering AI Commerce. All services are now distributed across availability zones, meaning no single data center is a critical point of failure. This significantly improves fault tolerance and uptime for all web stores.

Under normal conditions, customer requests are automatically distributed across data centers. If one center becomes unreachable (e.g. due to a network issue), AWS automatically reroutes traffic to another — without any user intervention.

Thanks to this upgrade, the potential impact on eCommerce operations is limited to a maximum of 60 seconds for users whose traffic was routed through the affected data center. All critical services have already been distributed across multiple cities, and now the rest of our services have been moved to physically separated centers as well.

Extended outages in multiple data centers at once are extremely rare and typically only occur during planned maintenance. Simultaneous downtime across all centers is practically impossible. This update adds a new layer of resilience for AI Commerce customers and strengthens the overall reliability of the platform.
