AI Commerce discount coupon management is now available in the new Pricing area.
Teams can review coupon codes, create new coupons, edit coupon settings, and manage the conditions that control where a coupon applies. The editor separates Settings, Applies to, and Exclusions so discount rules are easier to scan and adjust — including product, customer, customer group, and shipping inclusions plus product, category, manufacturer, and geo-zone exclusions.
Safer Coupon Handling
Coupon codes are set when a coupon is created and stay fixed afterward. Gift-card coupons stay tied to fixed amounts, and used coupons cannot be deleted in a way that would remove order coupon history.
This gives pricing teams a clearer and safer workspace for maintaining promotions in AI Commerce.
