See a history of their “Contact us” messages in their account

Every enquiry a logged-in customer sends is saved and shown back to them, so they can review what they asked, when they asked it, and the subject of the message. The same enquiry history is also visible in the admin dashboard under the customer’s details, making it easier for support to follow the conversation and respond consistently. This improves transparency, reduces repeated questions, and helps resolve issues faster.
