Support Tickets Automatically CC Store Contact Person

Support tickets are now also CCed to the store’s support contact person defined in My Store.

If the admin who creates the ticket uses a different email address than the store’s support contact, the support contact will be automatically added as a CC recipient. This is intended to ensure the store’s primary responsible person can follow and track tickets created by other organization members.
