Easy Management and Customization

The AI Commerce dashboard provides a straightforward way to modify the content and appearance of the popup window to align with your company's brand and communication needs.

• Image: The background image of the popup can be easily updated in the dashboard at the following location:

Tools > Image Manager > Newsletter Popup Background.

This enables the display of a visually appealing and brand-consistent image.

• Text: The text content of the popup can be conveniently edited at:

Tools > Translations

• TEXT_NEWSLETTER_DESCRIPTION (description text)

• TEXT_NEWSLETTER_CONDITIONS (terms)

• TEXT_NEWSLETTER_SUBSCRIBE (subscribe button text).

Newsletter Popup Settings

The merchant can define from the My Store dashboard how long after the newsletter popup is shown again. The interval is set in seconds (e.g., 604800 seconds = 7 days). If the value is less than 24 hours, the system automatically sets at least a 24-hour delay.

Additionally, the popup is permanently disabled for registered customers. This ensures it does not disturb customers who have already joined the mailing list upon account creation.

The merchant can also set from the My Store dashboard how many product page loads occur before the popup is displayed. The default is 5 product page loads. If set to 0, the popup is completely disabled.

The popup is not shown upon the first product page load, so as not to disrupt the user experience or search engine optimization.

External Tools as an Alternative

The AI Commerce platform continues to offer the possibility to leverage external tools, such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo, for presenting popup windows. This gives companies full freedom to choose the best tools according to their needs.
